Removed existing vinyl siding on the front house wall around the living room window and replaced it with Tight Versetta Cut Accent Stone in the color Sterling. Installed a new Versetta Receptacle box and light box in the color Stone Grey.
We removed the fiberboard wall panels and installed 1/2” CDX Plywood for a suitable substrate. Tyvek Homewrap underlayment was installed. It is a non-woven, breathable structure that stands apart from other types of house wraps, Tyvek HomeWrap promotes drying in wall systems and helps insulation perform closer to its R-value.
Every component from corners and sills to receptacle boxes to fasteners and adhesives, works as a system with the stone siding panels. It is a tongue and groove interlocking system that installs tight and feels more solid. This stone has a Class- A fire rating and withstands freezes, thaws and normal winds and heat.
