Thermo-Tech full-frame replacement windows were installed throughout the home with white Trim N Time interior jambs & trim. Trim-N-Time is a revolutionary system where the trim comes pre-assembled and uses innovative lip casing to slide into the window extension jam. Units are pre-mitered, pre-machined, pre-assembled, and pre-finished. These windows feature Thermo-Tech’s Trimline Brickmold on the exterior which requires no wrapping, caulking, or face nails making it completely maintenance free. Spray foam insulation was installed around the window frame and jamb perimeters for an air-tight seal.
A bay window was installed in the living room with new full vent soffit.
A Thermo-Tech patio door was installed in the dining room in the color white and PVC brickmould trim was used to match the windows.
