Removed and Replaced Steel Panels & Components – 20 Year Workmanship Warranty with Image II Standing Seam Metal Panels which has a Class 4 Impact Rating. Tear off consisted of using the Equipter “New Roof, No Mess” Roofing Buggy. The lawn, Landscaping & Siding were protected. The crew also removed a Chimney structure to the ground & Framed in the Eave.

Sharkskin Ultra SA Ice & Water Shield was installed 4” up Eaves, in the Valleys, and at the Roof-to-Wall Intersections & around all Roof Penetrations. GAF TigerPaw Synthetic Underlayment was installed over the remaining roof surface.

A Broan 636 Bath Fan Baffle Vent Insulated Duct was Installed so the bathroom fan property vents to the exterior.

Installed S-5 Colorgard Snow Bars on the Front House Eave.

Replaced existing Wood Siding the house and garage and installed with Mastic Western Extreme Vinyl Siding in the color of Dublin. Tyvek Housewrap underlayment was utilized and we taped the Seams, Windows & Door Penetrations. Mastic Board & Batten Vinyl Siding was installed on the Bottom Half of the front of the house in the color Misty Shadow.

Removed and Replaced Existing wood soffits on Eaves with Aluminum Soffit, Fascia & Components. Installed Styrofoam Rafter Vents where accessible for a clear Pathway for Eaves to Peak Air Flow.

Installed Versetta Tight-Cut Stone around the front entry door in the color Sterling. This stone is a tongue and groove interlocking system and installs tight and is tested and approved to rigorous building code standards. It withstands freezes, thaws, normal winds and heat.

Full-Frame Replacement Windows with Argon Double Pan Glass replaced the original Wood Windows. The Floors & Carpet were protected while removing the old Windows. All the openings were prepped and flashed. Trim-N-Time Oak Jambs & Trim finished off the interior.

A new Waudena Millwork garage service door & Titan Clad garage door frames were installed.

Replaced existing Gutters with Seamless Gutters. This particular type of gutter gives the homeowner the appearance of crown moulding on their Fascia board. These Gutters have a 20 Year No-Clog Guarantee with oversized 3”x4” Down spouts.
