Removed and replaced Masonite siding on the house & garage with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Pre-Finish Lap siding in the color French Gray. Removed & reinstalled down spouts, electrical fixtures and covered existing gable vents. Installed new shutter sets that were provided by the homeowners. Diamond Kote leads the industry as the #1 brand of pre-finished LP Smartside. The siding has a no fade warranty and is low maintenance resisting the build up of dirt and grime while locking out moisture.
Replacement windows with argon double pane glass replaced the original windows along with Trim N Time Pre-Assembled Jambs & Trim. Trim-N-Time is a revolutionary system where the trim comes pre-assembled and uses innovative lip casing to slide into the window extension jam.
The floors & carpet were protected while removing the old windows. All the openings were prepped and flashed. Full-frame replacement windows are manufactured with 20% more vinyl than the average vinyl windows resulting in a more rigid frame for structural integrity and stronger fusion corner welds.
Cleaned Work Site – blew off roof surface, cleaned rain gutters & down spouts, magnet sweep yard, landscaping, driveways, & sidewalks.
