Siding Replacement, Seamless Gutter Installation, and Garage Door Installation in Stevens Point, WI

Removed and replaced siding with Mastic Quest Premium vinyl siding on the home & garage in the color misty shadow. This siding is a tornado – tough, double thick nail hem that keeps siding firmly in position, even during high winds. Patented T3-LOK panel locking system increases strength. The tear-off consisted of removing and reinstalling down spouts and electrical fixtures.

Underlayment that was used is Tyvek homewrap and we taped the seams, window & door penetrations to seal.

UL electrical block was used for the light fixtures & outlets, split recessed block was used for the faucet & pipes and a hooded exhaust vent was installed.

Removed and installed aluminum soffit & fascia & components. Replaced the Gutters with Seamless GuttersRX. The ridges make Gutter RX self-cleaning by promoting air flow. These gutters are an all aluminum system so homeowner’s will not have to worry about them warping or deteriorating over time.

Waudena Millwork Entry doors, were installed on the front and back of the garage. During this process, the opening was prepped and sill flashing was used along with foam insulation around the frame perimeter. We installed a door knob & deadbolt supplied by the homeowner.

A slider window was installed in the garage that comes with lifetime frame & hardware warranty and 20 year glass seal failure warranty. Windows are custom sized to fit. These windows are energy-efficient and are manufactured with expert craftsmanship using only the best materials.

A Titan Overhead garage door frame was installed with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
