Removed and Replaced Asphalt Shingles & Components in the color of Pewter Gray – 20 year Workmanship Warranty on the House & Attached Garage. The Tear Off consisted of removal of 1 Layer of Asphalt Shingles. Underlayment used is Sharkskin Ultra SA Ice & Water Shield (Premium Ice Dam Protection). GAF Tiger Paw Synthetic Shingle was installed over the remaining roof surface using Cap Nails. 100% Silicon 3” Ultimate Pipe Flashing was used that will not crack or deteriorate. GAF Cobra Snow Country Ridge Vent was used for the attic Ventilation.
Installed GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime Shingles(110 MPH Wind Warranty) – Systems Plus 50 Year Non-Prorated Warranty.
Installed 6” Fascia Style Seamless Gutters and Down Spouts with 3” Extension and Zip Hinges.
Cleaned the Worksite which Included Blow-off Roof Surface, Cleaned Rain Gutters & Down Spouts, Magnet Sweep Yard, Landscaping, Driveways, & Sidewalks, Blow-Off Driveways & Sidewalks.
