Removed and Replaced Asphalt Shingles & Components in the color Hickory – 20 year Workmanship Warranty. The GAF Lifetime Roofing System is American Owned and #1 selling Shingle.
One Layer of Asphalt Shingles were removed. The Crew Inspected Roof Decking for Integrity and Re-nailed Roof Decking where needed with 8D Nails. Crew noticed rotten plywood and replaced it with new 1/2’ OSB Plywood on the front porch valley.
Sharkskin Ultra SA Ice & Water Shield was used at the Roof-to Wall Intersections and around all Roof Penetrations and GAF Tiger Paw was installed over the remaining Roof surface using Cap Nails.
3” Ultimate Pipe Flashing was used which is 100% Silicone, the PVC compression collar provides a long lasting seal that helps prevent damaging leaks.
