Removed and Replaced Asphalt Shingles & Components in the color of Hickory on the House, Attached Garage, and Shed. Protected the lawn, landscaping & Siding with the “Catch-All” Protection Nets. Collapsible support poles support the Chute Nets to lean against the home, migrating any loose shingles down to the ground nets, safely over landscaping, flowers, air conditioners.
Removed 1 Layer of Asphalt Shingles. Underlayment used is Sharkskin Ultra SA Ice & Water Shield (Premium Ice Dam Protection) and GAF Tiger Paw using Cap Staples. Installed new Galvanized Steel Drip Edge and Ultimate Pipe Flashing made with superior, time-tested materials, including ultra-pure molded silicone rubber. GAF Cobra Snow Country Ridge Vent was utilized for attic ventilation.
Used GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime Shingles 4 Nail Installation (110 MPH Wind Warranty) – Systems Plus 50 Year Non-Prorated Warranty. The Shingles have a LayerLock Technology that mechanically fastens the common bond between overlapping Shingle Layers, which powers the Industry’s widest nail zone.
