Removed and Replaced Asphalt Shingles & Components that were Pewter Gray in color – 20 year Workmanship Warranty on the House & Attached Garage. The Tear Off consisted of removal of 1 Layer of Asphalt Shingles. Re-Nail Roof Decking Where Needed with 8D Nails. Underlayment that was used is Sharkskin Ultra SA Ice & Water Shield (Premium Ice Dam Protection) and GAF Tiger Paw Synthetic Shingle Underlayment using Cap Nails. Installed 8’ UP Eaves on the front porch eave and below the Skylights . New Galvanized Valley Flashing was installed. We re-framed the cricket behind sided Chimney so the Valleys drain past the Chimney Corners. GAF Cobra Snow Country Ridge Vent was utilized for Attic Ventilation, which improves energy efficiency by reducing attic heat and your summer air-conditioning load.
Used GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime Shingles – System Plus 50 Year Non-Prorated Warranty (Materials & Labor).
Layed drop cloth below Interior, Removed Existing Skylight, Installed new Velux VSS Solar Fresh-Air Skylights with White Solar-Powered Blinds with Laminated Low E-3 Glass and EDL Flashing Kit, Wrapped Frame with Sharkskin Ice & Water Shield. This Skylight features a Solar panel that captures available daylight to recharge a battery-powered operator and control System. It Is fitted with a rain sensor so the skylight will automatically close at the first sights of rain.
Cleaned the Worksite which Included Blow-off Roof Surface, Clean Rain Gutters & Down Spouts, Magnet Sweep Yard, Landscaping, Driveways, & Sidewalks, Blow-Off Driveways & Sidewalks
