Removed and Replaced Asphalt Shingles & Components that were Pewter Gray in color – 20 year Workmanship Warranty on the House & Attached Garage. The Tear Off consisted of removal of 1 Layer of Asphalt Shingles using the Equipter “ New Roof No Mess” Roofing Buggy. Re-Nailed Roof Decking Where Needed with 8D Nails. Installed WIP 100 Granulated Ice & Water Shield along the Eaves, in Valleys, at Roof to Wall Intersections, & around all Penetrations. GAF Tiger Paw Synthetic Shingle Underlayment was used over Remaining Roof Surface. New Galvanized Valley Flashing was installed. GAF Cobra Snow Country Ridge Vent was utilized for Attic Ventilation, which improves energy efficiency by reducing attic heat and your summer air-conditioning load.
Used GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime Shingles – System Plus 50 Year Non-Prorated Warranty (Materials & Labor).
Layed drop cloths below Interior, Removed Existing Skylights, Installed new Velux FS Fixed Skylights with Laminated Low E-3 Glass and EDL Flashing Kits, Wrapped Frames with Sharkskin Ice & Water Shield. The lower profile of the fixed Skylight gives the homeowners roof a clean streamline appearance.
Cleaned the Worksite which Included Blow-off Roof Surface, Clean Rain Gutters & Down Spouts, Magnet Sweep Yard, Landscaping, Driveways, & Sidewalks, Blow-Off Driveways & Sidewalks
