We replaced the original wood windows with the “state of the art” Thermo-Tech full-frame replacement windows along with a garden window which was installed in the kitchen. The very unique kitchen garden window allows for an abundance of sunlight to enter above the sink making the view more enjoyable! Trim-N-Time poplar interior jambs & trim were installed. Trim-N-Time is a revolutionary system where the trim comes pre-assembled and uses innovative lip casing to slide into the windows extension jamb . Thermo-Tech windows feature a lifetime frame & hardware warranty and a 20 year glass seal failure warranty. These windows are energy-efficient and are manufactured with expert craftsmanship using only the best materials.
The existing patio door was installed 10 years ago and was 6” smaller than the original rough opening. Oakwood Exteriors, LLC goal was to install a new patio door that matched the original size. The crew removed an extra 1×4 & 2×4 filler studs to bring the opening back to the original size for the new Thermo-Tech patio door to be installed. Thermo-Tech offers many standard and even custom-sized patio doors to fit nearly any opening!
