Installed Image II standing seam metal roof in the color Burnished Slate. The Image II panel has a unique concealed fastening system that requires no clips and is low maintenance with a 45 year paint finish warranty. The Equipter “New Roof, No Mess” Roofing Buggy was used during the roof tear-off. The lawn, landscaping & siding were protected.

The siding has a no-fade warranty and is low maintenance resisting the build-up of dirt and grime while locking out moisture.
Installed S-5 Colorgard commercial grade snowbars with snow clips on the house eaves.
Removed and replaced existing soffits on eaves with aluminum soffit, fascia & components. Installed styrofoam rafter vents where accessible for a clear pathway for eave to peak air flow.
