Removed the existing Siding and Replaced it with Mastic Vinyl Lap Siding on the Home & Garage in the color Deep Cavern. Electrical Fixtures were removed and reinstalled. The Carvedwood Siding has hang-tough technology and boosts durability so panels are more resistant to cracking, impact and thermal distortion.
Underlayment that was used is Tyvek Homewrap and the Seams, Window & Door Penetrations were taped to seal.
Removed existing Fascia panels and installed 6” Aluminum Fascia Panels on the Peaks.
Seamless Gutters were placed on the back house Eave. The Gutters are attached to the front and back of the gutter which strengthens the entire gutter system making it strong enough to handle snow and ice buildup.
A new Waudena Millwork Garage Service door with a Ruby Red Exterior and White Interior was installed. The crew removed and replaced the Door Knob & Deadbolt that was supplied by the homeowner.
A Titan Clad Overhead Garage Door Frame was installed with Weatherstripping & Drip Cap Flashing in the color white.
Completed Roof Repair by removing 4×4 area of Shingles and replaced 1/2” cdx roof plywood and installed Ice and Water Shield underlayment and matched the Shingles.
