Installed Mastic Quest premium vinyl siding in the color White. Oakwood Exteriors, LLC offers a 10-year Workmanship Warranty on siding, fascia, soffit and trim installations.
Removed the existing soffit and fascia and installed aluminum soffit, fascia & components to establish intake ventilation. Replaced the gutters with 5” “K Style” style seamless gutters.
Installed AZEK PVC Trim entry door surround using the Cortex hidden fasteners. Cortex hidden fastener plugs tap in the trim for a clean, flush finish and offer a stronger connection than nails. They eliminate the need to caulk, sand and paint each nail hole. The plugs are made out of the same AZEK trim material for a perfect match making the fasteners nearly invisible.
Removed the existing garage door frame and installed a Titan Clad garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
