Removed the existing wood siding and replaced it with Mastic Quest Premium Vinyl Siding on the home & garage in the color Montana Suede. This premium panel never needs paint or stain and is durable so it will not crack or peel. The shutter sets, down spouts, and electrical fixtures were removed and reinstalled.
Board & Batten vertical siding was used on the front of the house walls which has a woodgrain appearance that replicates the look of freshly painted wood.
Underlayment that was used is Tyvek Homewrap and the seams, window & door penetrations were taped to seal.
A Titan Clad Overhead Garage door frame was installed with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing. Aluminum trim wraps were used on the garage service door.
We removed the existing post cladding on the front porch and installed the LP Smartside with Diamond Kote Pre-FInish Pro-Post Wrap. The wrap adds the finishing touch for the homeowner.
Cleaned work site-magnet sweep yard, landscaping, driveway & sidewalk.
