Removed the original cedar siding and installed Mastic Carvedwood premium vinyl siding on the house & garage in the color Brunswick. Since Mastic Carvedwood does not rot, crack, fade, split or peel like real wood, it doesn’t require painting, staining, caulking or patching.
Removed the old cedar soffits and installed aluminum fascia & soffits. Installed styrofoam rafter vents for clear pathway for eave to peak air flow.
Thermo-Tech full frame windows were installed in the entry – the openings were expanded. Thermo-Tech windows feature a lifetime frame & hardware warranty and 20 year glass seal failure warranty. Thermo -Tech Windows are custom sized to fit. These windows are energy-efficient and are manufactured with expert craftsmanship using only the best materials.
A Titan Overhead garage door frame was installed with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
Installed a 10” Velux Sun Tunnel skylight in the living room. These skylights are highly reflective and cylinder shape fits between ceiling and supports allowing light to travel from the roof down to the space below. Daylight enters through the tunnel transmitting pure, natural light.
