Installed Tyvek house wrap and Mastic Carvedwood premium vinyl siding in the color Victorian Gray. Since Mastic Carvedwood Vinyl siding does not rot, crack, fade, split or peel like real wood, it doesn’t require painting, staining, caulking or patching. Oakwood Exteriors, LLC offers a 10-year Workmanship Warranty on siding, fascia, soffit and trim installations.
Removed & replaced 8’ section of rotten sill plate on the back garage wall.
Thermo-Tech full-frame replacement windows were installed.
Installed Azek PVC trim around the garage door perimeters.
