Removed the original wood siding and installed Mastic Carvedwood premium vinyl siding in the color Natural Slate and Mastic Board & Batten vinyl siding in the color Montana Suede. Since Mastic Carvedwood does not rot, crack, fade, split or peel like real wood, it doesn’t require painting, staining, caulking or patching. Oakwood Exteriors, LLC offers a 10-year Workmanship Warranty on siding, fascia, soffit and trim installations.
Removed and installed aluminum soffit & fascia & components. Replaced the Gutters with 6” “Fascia Style”Seamless Gutters with GutterRX gutter covers. The ridges make Gutter RX self-cleaning by promoting air flow. These gutters are an all aluminum system so homeowner’s will not have to worry about them warping or deteriorating over time.
Removed the existing garage door frame and installed a Titan Clad garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
Removed two middle posts and two posts on the front and back porches and installed AZEK PVC post cladding and Edco trim.
