Removed the existing wood siding and installed LP Smartside with Diamond Kote pre-finish in the color Canyon. Diamond Kote siding is the #1 recognized brand of pre-finished LP Smartside which is an engineered wood product treated with a Smartguard process that allows the siding to withstand extreme temperatures, heavy humidity, and freeze/thaws. The Diamond Kote complete siding system is backed by a 30-year No-Fade warranty.
Oakwood Exteriors, LLC offers a 10-year Workmanship Warranty on siding, fascia, soffit and trim installations.
A Titan Clad overhead garage door frame was installed with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
LP Smartside with Diamond Kote pre-finish trim in the color Grizzly was installed on all the windows and door perimeters.
