Removed and replaced original vinyl siding with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Pre-Finish siding and trim on the house & attached garage in the color Oyster Shell. Diamond Kote leads the industry as the #1 brand of pre-finished LP Smartside. The siding has a no fade warranty and is low maintenance resisting the build-up of dirt and grime while locking out moisture.
Removed existing garage door frame and installed a Titan Clad garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
Installed color matched drip cap flashings, ledge flashings, deck / porch flashings.
Installed Versetta Accent stone in the Ledgestone profile on the chimney in the color Plum Creek. Versetta stone is a tongue and groove interlocking system and installs tight and is tested and approved to rigorous building code standards. It withstands freezes, thaws, normal winds and heat.
