Removed and replaced original siding with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Pre-Finish siding on the house & attached garage in the color French Gray. LP Smartside with Diamond Kote Pre-Finish shake siding was installed on the front house and garage peaks. Diamond Kote leads the industry as the #1 brand of pre-finished LP Smartside. The siding has a no fade warranty and is low maintenance resisting the build up of dirt and grime while locking out moisture.
LP Smartside with Diamond Kote Pre-Finish window & door trim with nail fin & clips were installed on the front house and garage peaks.
Removed existing garage door frame and installed Titan Clad garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
Installed color-matching drip cap flashings, ledge flashings, deck / porch flashings. Foundation flashing was installed the foundation perimeter.
Installed Versetta stone in the Ledgestone profile on the front & back house wall / foundation walls, front porch post in the color Sand. Versetta Ledgestone is a tongue and groove interlocking system and installs tight and is tested and approved to rigorous building code standards. It withstands freezes, thaws, normal winds and heat.
