Removed existing shake siding on the front porch and replaced it with Ledgestone Versetta accent stone in plum creek color. This stone has a Class- A fire rating and withstands freezes, thaws and normal winds and heat. The tongue-and-groove interlocking system installs tight and is solid.
Removed and replaced 10’ of rotten 2×6 fascia board on the east house eave.
We removed an existing octagon window in the laundry room and replaced it with an awning window that has argon double pane glass. During this process the crew protected floors & carpet, prepped the opening & installed sill flashing, leveled & fastened the new window.
Interior jambs & trim were installed and the crew cleaned the work site and windexed the windows.
Removed the existing garage door frame and installed a Titan Overhead garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
