Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components on the house & detached garage with GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime shingles in the color Pewter Gray. The crew completed the tear-off using the “Catch-All” landscape protection nets which protects the lawn, landscaping & siding. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Removed and replaced drip edge trim with Rollex Premium Steel in White. Replaced plumbing pipe flashing with a 4” Ultimate pipe flashing that will not dry out or crack.
Installed GAF Cobra Snow Country ridge vents which allow heat and moisture to escape at the ridge while helping to prevent snow infiltration during harsh winters.
