Removed and replaced rolled roofing with Image II Standing Seam metal roof in the color Burnished Slate. The crew completed the tear-off using the Equipter “ New Roof, No Mess Roofing Buggy” and “Catch-All” landscape protection nets which protect the lawn, landscaping & siding. The Image II standing seam panel is 26 gauge and features a 45 year paint finish warranty.
Sharkskin synthetic ice and water shield underlayment was installed over the entire roof surface due to the low slope providing exceptional winter weather protection.
Installed S-5 Colorgard snow bars in the color Burnished Slate.
Installed new 2×8 corner roof framing to straighten and strengthen the south sagging garage eave.
