GAF Timberline Ultra HD with GAF Timbertex hip & ridge were installed on the house and attached garage in the color Pewter Gray. Timberline Ultra HD Shingles are up to 53% thicker than our standard architectural shingles. They also help protect the roofs beauty by fighting the blue-green algae that leaves dark black stains behind. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
The crew installed Velux VSS Solar Powered Fresh Air Skylights with laminated Low-E3 glass & EDL Flashing kits. The lower profile of the fixed skylight gives your roof a clean streamline appearance.
Installed Napco American Splendor vinyl siding in the color Deep Brunswick along with Napco Cedar Select vinyl siding in the color fieldstone flint on the front entry peaks and garage.
Installed Wood Grain PVC window & door perimeter trim with hemmed Aluminum Drip Cap Flashing.
Removed and replaced existing fascia with new white aluminum fascia panels.
Removed existing gutters and replaced them with 5 “K” style seamless gutters. This system offers advantages that traditional gutter systems cannot. The biggest of which is in the name itself – seamless. Since there are no seams, there can be no leaks. Seamless gutters eliminate the worry of possible eave and siding rot as well a basement dampness.
Cleaned the worksite which included blow-off roof surface, cleaned rain gutters & down spouts, magnet sweep yard, landscaping, driveways, & sidewalks.
