Removed and replaced asphalt shingles with GAF Timberline UHD lifetime shingles with dual shadow line in the color Pewter Gray. These shingles are up to 53% thicker than standard shingles & heavier in weight. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Removed existing skylights, installed new Velux FS fixed skylight with laminated low E-3 glass and EDL flashing kits, wrapped frames with Sharkskin Ice & Water Shield. Skylights provide twice as much light as vertical windows and the lower profile of the skylight gives your roof a clean, streamlined appearance.
