Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components with GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime shingles in the color Charcoal. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Installed Mastic Quest premium vinyl siding in the color Montana Suede and Mastic Cedar Discovery vinyl shake siding in the color Woodland Retreat on the front house peak. Oakwood Exteriors, LLC offers a 10-year Workmanship Warranty on siding, fascia, soffit and trim installations.
Removed the existing soffit and fascia, replaced all fascia boards, and installed aluminum soffit, fascia & components to establish intake ventilation. Installed styrofoam rafter vents were accessible for a clear pathway for eave to peak air flow. Replaced the gutters with 6” “Fascia Style” style seamless gutters.
Thermo-Tech full-frame replacement windows and patio door were installed with custom colored Trim-N-Time interior jambs & trim. Trim-N-Time is a revolutionary system where the trim comes pre-assembled and uses innovative lip casing that slides into the window extension jam.
Removed the existing garage door frame and installed a Titan Clad garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing. Installed Waudena Millwork entry door along with a a new Larson 36” entry storm door.
