Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components on the house and attached garage with GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime shingles in the color Charcoal. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Removed the original wood siding and installed Mastic Carvedwood premium vinyl siding in the color Deep Cavern. Since Mastic Carvedwood Vinyl sidingdoes not rot, crack, fade, split or peel like real wood, it doesn’t require painting, staining, caulking or patching. Oakwood Exteriors, LLC offers a 10-year Workmanship Warranty on siding, fascia, soffit and trim installations.
Installed Mastic Cedar Discovery vinyl shake siding on the North & South peaks and around the garage doors in the color Deep Cavern. This authentic shake and shingle siding requires no painting or staining and has the classic rugged look of real cedar shakes and shingles.
Removed the existing wood soffits on eaves and installed aluminum soffit, fascia & components to establish intake ventilation. Replaced the gutters with 5” “K” style seamless gutters with GutterRX gutter covers. The ridges make Gutter RX self-cleaning by promoting air flow. These gutters are an all aluminum system so homeowner’s will not have to worry about them warping or deteriorating over time.
Replacement windows were installed in the living room and dining room with white Trim-N-Time interior jambs & trim. Trim-N-Time is a revolutionary system where the trim comes pre-assembled and uses innovative lip casing that slides into the window extension jam.
Installed Azek PVC trim over existing wood cladding on the front porch posts and beam.
Removed the existing garage door frames and installed Titan Clad garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
