Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components on the house & attached garage with GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime shingles in the color Charcoal. The crew completed tear-off using the Equipter “New Roof, No Mess Roofing Buggy” which protects the lawn, landscaping & siding. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 50-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Removed and replaced drip edge trim and plumbing pipe flashing and replaced with 4” Ultimate pipe flashing that will not dry out or crack.
Installed GAF Cobra Snow Country ridge vents which allow heat and moisture to escape at the ridge while helping to prevent snow infiltration during harsh winters.
