Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components with GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime shingles in the color Weathered Wood. The crew completed the tear off – using the Equipter “ New Roof, No Mess Roofing Buggy” and “Catch-All” landscape protection nets which protect the lawn, landscaping & siding. The chute nets are supported by collapsible support poles to lean against the home, migrating any loose shingles down to the ground nets, safely over landscaping, flowers, air conditioners. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Installed GAF Cobra Snow Country ridge vents which allows heat and moisture to escape at the ridge while helping to prevent snow infiltration during harsh winters.
Removed and replaced drip edge trim and installed 20” galvanized valley flashing.
