Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. GAF Cobra Snow Country ridge vent was utilized for attic ventilation, which improves energy efficiency by reducing attic heat and your summer air-conditioning load. 4” Ultimate Pipe Flashing was used that will not crack or deteriorate. All GAF installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Layed drop cloth below interior, removed existing skylights, installed new Velux FS fixed skylights. The lower profile of the fixed skylight gives your roof a clean streamline appearance. The interior of the skylights were trimmed-out with rot-free pvc trim. Rotten framing and insulation around the skylights and chimney was repaired with matching materials.
Cleaned the work site. Blew-off roof surface, magnet swept the yard, landscaping, driveways and sidewalks.
