Removed and replaced original wood siding with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Pre-Finish siding in the color Grizzly. Diamond Kote leads the industry as the #1 brand of pre-finished LP Smartside. The siding has a no fade warranty and is low maintenance resisting the build up of dirt and grime while locking out moisture.
Installed LP Smartside Diamond Kote trim with nail fin in the color Grizzly. The nail fin trim & corners give each angle of the home a consistent and polished look with no exposed nail heads. Removed existing garage door frame and installed a Titan Clad garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing in the color copper penny.
Removed the existing soffit and fascia, and installed aluminum soffit, fascia & components to establish intake ventilation. Installed styrofoam rafter vents for a clear pathway for eave to peak air flow. Replaced the gutters with 6” “Fascia Style” seamless gutters in the color copy penny to match. Removed existing deck ledger board and installed new treated ledger board with ledger-lok fasteners and color-matched drip cap flashing.
