Removed and replaced asphalt shingles on the attached garage & breezeway with Decra Shingle XD stone coated steel shingles in the color Midnight Eclipse. DECRA Shingle XD stands up to hail, rain, fire, storm debris, and even hurricane-force winds while providing the same aesthetics of asphalt. The crew completed the tear-off using the “Catch-All” landscape protection nets which protects the lawn, landscaping & siding. All roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Removed and replaced rotten fascia boards and installed new Aluminum Soffit, Fascia & components.
Removed and replaced vinyl siding with Diamond Kote Pre-Finish siding in the color Graphite. Diamond Kote leads the industry as the #1 brand of pre-finished LP Smartside siding. The siding has a no fade warranty and is low maintenance, resisting the build up of dirt and grime while locking out moisture. LP Smartside trim was installed around the window and door perimeters.
Removed existing garage door frames and installed Titan Clad garage door frames with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing in the color Black. Three new Waudena Millwork garage service doors were installed.
Removed existing windows and installed Andersen full-frame replacement windows.
