Removed and replaced original wood siding with Mastic Carvedwood vinyl lap siding in the color Modern Iron and Mastic Cedar Discovery Vinyl Shakes in the color Misty Shadow. Mastic Carvedwood vinyl siding never needs painting, caulking or patching because, unlike wood, it won’t crack, peel, rot or split. They have a locking system that delivers a positive locking action with a wider locking mechanism for more contact area. Oakwood Exteriors offers a 10-year Workmanship Warranty on siding, fascia, soffit and trim installations.

Removed the existing garage door frames and installed Titan Clad Overhead garage door frames in the color White with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.

Installed AZEK PVC Trim on the front and right facing window and door perimeters including overhead garage door perimeters using Cortex hidden fasteners. Cortex hidden fastener plugs tap in the trim for a clean, flush finish and offer a stronger connection than nails. They eliminate the need to caulk, sand and paint each nail hole. The plugs are made out of the same AZEK trim material for a perfect match making the fasteners nearly invisible.

Removed existing gutters and down spouts and installed 6” “Fascia Style” Seamless Gutters with GutterRX gutter covers. Gutter RX is attached to the front & back of the gutter which strengthens the entire gutter system making it strong enough to handle snow and ice buildup. The ridges make Gutter RX self-cleaning by promoting air flow.
