GAF Timberline Ultra HD with Dual Shadow Line and GAF Timbertex hip & ridge were installed on the house and detached garage in the color Pewter Gray. Timberline UHD Shingles are up to 53% thicker than our standard architectural shingles. They also help protect the roofs beauty by fighting the blue -green algae that leaves dark black stains behind. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors, LLC feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
The crew installed a Velux FS (Fixed) Skylight with laminated Low-E3 glass & EDL Flashing kit. The lower profile of the fixed skylight gives your roof a clean streamline appearance.
Removed existing gutters & down spouts and replaced them with 6” high-capacity Fascia Style” seamless gutters and gutter RX aluminum gutter covers. This system offers advantages that traditional gutter systems cannot. The biggest of which is in the name itself – seamless. Since there are no seams, there can be no leaks. Seamless gutters eliminate the worry of possible eave and siding rot as well a basement dampness.
Cleaned the worksite which included blow-off roof surface, cleaned rain gutters & down spouts, magnet sweep yard, landscaping, driveways, & sidewalks.
