The crew installed a Velux FS (Fixed) Skylight with laminated Low-E3 glass & EDL Flashing kit. The lower profile of the fixed skylight gives your roof a clean streamline appearance.
Removed existing gutters & down spouts and replaced them with 6” high-capacity Fascia Style” seamless gutters and gutter RX aluminum gutter covers. This system offers advantages that traditional gutter systems cannot. The biggest of which is in the name itself – seamless. Since there are no seams, there can be no leaks. Seamless gutters eliminate the worry of possible eave and siding rot as well a basement dampness.
