Closed-Cell Spray Foam Insulation, Aluminum Fascia & Soffit, Seamless Gutters, GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles in Stevens Point, WI

Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the color Charcoal. GAF Cobra Snow Country ridge vent was utilized for attic ventilation, which improves energy efficiency by reducing attic heat and your summer air-conditioning load. 4” Ultimate Pipe Flashing was used that will not crack or deteriorate. All GAF installations by Oakwood Exteriors feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.

Removed the existing soffit and fascia and installed aluminum soffit, fascia & components to establish intake ventilation. Replaced the gutters with 5” “K Style” style seamless gutters.

Removed existing fiberglass batt Insulation from the cathedral ceilings and applied 6” of Foamsulate – Two-Part Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation (R-7 per inch). This foam is a two component, high density, one to one by volume sprayed applied polyurethane foam. This energy efficient spray foam air seals and insulates, dramatically reducing heating and cooling costs and can greatly increase the comfort of your home.
