Mastic Carvedwood Vinyl Siding, Ledgestone Versetta Accent Stone, Garage Door Frame, Entry Door, Patio Door, Window, and Gutter Installation in Steven's Point, WI

Removed the existing wood lap siding and replaced it with Mastic Carvedwood Premium Vinyl siding on the home & garage in the color Brunswick. This premium panel never needs paint or stain and is durable so it will not crack or peel.

Ledgestone Versetta Accent Stone in the color Mission Point was installed on the front house and garage walls. Removed existing support posts and installed new support posts and PVC Post wraps.

Removed the existing garage door frame and installed a Titan Clad overhead garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.

Thermo-Tech full-frame replacement patio doors were installed on the main floor and lower level of the home and the existing double front entry door was removed and replaced with a Waudena Millwork entry door with sidelights.

Thermo-Tech full frame replacement windows were installed throughout the home with Trim N Time poplar interior Jambs & Trim. Trim-N-Time is a revolutionary system where the trim comes pre-assembled and uses innovative lip casing to slide into the window extension jam. Units are pre-mitered, pre-machined, pre-assembled, and pre-finished.

Seamless gutters, gutter RX gutter covers, and oversized downspouts with 3” extension and Zip hinge were installed on the front porch eave.
