Removed existing Siding and installed Mastic Quest Vinyl Siding on the Home & Garage in color Harbor Gray. This premium panel never needs paint or stain and is durable so it will not crack or peel. The Homeowner chose white outside corner posts.
Underlayment that was used is Tyvek Homewrap and the Seams, Window & Door Penetrations were taped to seal.
Removed an existing deck and hauled away.
A new Waudena Millwork textured Steel Entry Entry door was Installed with a Larson Screen Door with full-view Screenaway. The opening was prepped and Sill Flashing was installed. Spray Foam Insulation was used around the Frame perimeter.
A Titan Clad Overhead Garage Door Frame was installed with Weatherstripping & Drip Cap Flashing.
Removed and Replaced Down spouts on the House and Attached Garage. Installed 3”x4” Oversized Down spouts with 3’ Extension Zip & Hinge. The Zip Hinge serves two main purposes: Ensures that the downspout extension remains firmly attached and provides the convenience of moving and working around when mowing and landscaping.
LP Smartside with Diamond Kote Pre-Finished Pro Post Wraps were Installed in color of white and the existing Railings were hauled away.
Thermo-Tech Full Replacement Windows were installed in the Garage.
Installed Versetta Ledgestone on the Front Porch Wall around the Window & Door Bottom 4’ of Garage Pillars in color Mission Point. This stone is a tongue and groove interlocking system and installs tight and is tested and approved to rigorous building code standards. It withstands freezes, thaws, normal winds and heat.
